Start & Change Service

Application for City of Olathe services, which includes water service, wastewater treatment, storm water management, household trash collection, yard waste collection and curbside recycling can be made at Customer Service, 1385 S. Robinson Dr, Olathe, Kansas.  

A non-refundable $3.00 application processing fee will be required at the time of application for a residential customer.  A security deposit of up to $150.00 may be required at the time of application.

The City’s Customer Service Division can mail, e-mail or fax a service application form to new customers.

City offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
