Contacting OMS After Hours
After normal business hours and during holidays, customers can call the after-hours answering service at (913) 971-5151 for water and sewer emergencies and missed trash pickups.

Automated Phone Messages

Some customers have experienced automated phone messages that claim to be from the City of Olathe stating their water bills are past due.  The City of Olathe does not use automated phone messages to notify customers of past due bills.  If you are a customer and you receive an automated message that claims to be from the city about past due bills, please contact customer service at (913) 971-9311.  Please provide as many details about the automated message as you can, particularly the caller's phone number (if you have caller ID and can verify it) and any details the message gives about making payments.
